here we hang the rabbit after shooting,..or if trapped,..then we cut a slit in the neck,...then hang it to allow the blood to drain,..some people leave the rabbit to hang for a few days,..well of course this is not always possible,...but cut up the meat,...brown it in a pan,..then stew it as you would any other meat,...add your usual Parsnip,..Carrot,....Onion,....Barley,...some herbs,..and that is about it,...far more tasty than most meats,...you should give it a try.
