Hi rob, yes UK is all one time zone. at the moment we're on BST, British Summer Time which is GMT+1 so we're 9hrs behind you, I think.

Thanks for that. The USA is confusing as there are many different time zones, I think I'll stick with Pacific USA and leave it at that. Mikerb, for someone who initially said that weren't that good with software, well that would be very hard to believe now. Cheers!

Hi rob, bit late with this. too many things to read, losing the thread as they say. I'm only half way competent when I can just point and click. (always look for the idiot proof progs). I've learnt more in the last few weeks than I have in the last few years

Hey Mike, I know what you mean about losing track of the threads. There's a lot more activity here than previously. Thanks for your recommendation. Aside from Givewaway there is another forum that I frequent regularly (Tangler) so this will be a handy tool. I cant wait to check it out.

Hi everyone!

I only just started using Firefox as my default browser and haven't tried too many add-ons yet. I do however use speed dial and I was wondering if any of you use it and whether you have any problems with it. What's been happening is the thumbnail pictures seem to disappear on some of them. The links still work, but the picture is gone. Does anyone have this problem or know how to fix it?

I know nothing about Speed Dial. But they have their own website now http://speeddial.uworks.net/ and it has a manual plus you can contact the developer through there. Hope that helps.

Can't live without Taboo. I find it's a toss up using Evernote or Taboo when I save websites for later. I am just glad FEBE reminds me to back up every day or you loose what websites you have on Taboo if FF crashes. Evernote has it's own backup system.

Thanks for the website info. I went there and emailed my problem and surprisingly got an email back from Josep who apparently is the writer of the program. He told me how to fix it, just a simple change in settings. He also said he's hoping to put out ann update this week.

It's really a cool tool. When you open your browser you can set up your favorite websites in these thumbnail "blocks" so you just click on the one you want to go to. The thumbnail picture is actually the url page that you set up in it (does that make sense?) You can set up as many rows and columns of blocks as you want.
